Biagini Industries srl (in wich it evolved Biagini Tempra Metalli srl) has been operating since 1985 in the induction hardening treatment of particular components in steels and/or cast irons, whatever the size and the profile.

Following the experience gained in the industry and thanks to the confidence in research and the investment of resources in more and more advanced technologies, Biagini Tempra Metalli has now become an important benchmark for induction hardening treatments.

We harden increasingly complex and high-performance components and we believe in research which allows us to expand the types of induction hardening treatment for each component in steel and cast iron supplied by the customer.

We are equipped in-house with all the departments that our treatments require, in compliance with the regulations: we carefully follow all stages, from production to management, control of the process of induction hardening, up to the laboratory tests, carried out by our skilled and qualified personnel.

Our company specialising in induction hardening has the very latest cutting-edge equipment, in particular 17 high, medium and low frequency hardening systems with power ranging from 100 kW to 1000 kW.

The high power, combined with variable frequencies, allow us to work any piece with induction hardening treatment, whatever the shape or size, obtaining impeccable and repeatable results both on the parts treated and batch by batch.

We run 23 stations equipped with process control, in order to be able to work the most varied geometries. We have a furnace for distension, three manual presses for straightening, a Galabini automatic straightening machine and a sandblaster for components up to 1500 mm.

Aiming to ensure the best quality to the customer, we have an in-house metallographic laboratory, vital to check the accuracy of thermal cycles used in the method of induction hardening. A testing area inside Biagini Tempra Metalli of Modena further supports the laboratory in conducting checks, in order to comply with production specifications and quality certifications.
